Before enrolling you will need to submit the following:
_______ Completed NLU Application and Registration Form
_______ A current resume or bio sketch
_______ Personal photo
_______ A photocopy of your highest diploma or degree earned or transcripts of classes taken
_______ A completed personal A.P.S.*
_______ Three reference forms**
_______ Payment of $100 NLU application fee
_______ Statement of “Why I want to become a certified Christian counselor and member of the NCCA”
_______ First course(s) tuition paid in full***
*This can be completed online. Contact the Dean of Students for instructions.
**Your references must complete an evaluation form and mail it to NLU. Contact the Dean of Students to obtain forms and detailed instructions.
***This will be collected upon receipt of all application documents.
Be advised that all felony convictions prohibit a candidate from NCCA licensure and may block or terminate membership. Other Non-Felony criminal convictions may also prevent a candidate’s eligibility for NCCA licensing and/or membership.
